Il cast di Once Upon a Time in Hollywood si amplia ancora, Tarantino ha aggiunto nuovi attori al cast: Damian Lewis (Billions), Luke Perry (Riverdale), Emile Hirsch (The Autopsy of Jane Doe), Dakota Fanning (The Alienist), Clifton Collins Jr. (Westworld), Keith Jefferson (The Hateful Eight) and Nicholas Hammond (The Sound of Music) .
Lewis interpreterà l’attore Steve McQueen, con la Fanning nei panni di Squeaky Fromme, Hammond nel ruolo di Sam Wanamaker, Hirsch nel ruolo di Jay Sebring, l’hairstylist di Hollywood che fu una delle quattro vittime nel Omicidi di Tate, Perry come Scotty Lancer, Collins come Ernesto The Mexican Vaquero e Keith Jefferson come Land Pirate Keith.
Si uniscono a un cast che include già Leonardo DiCaprio (Django Unchained), Brad Pitt (Inglorious Basterds), Margot Robbie (I, Tonya), Burt Reynolds (Smokey and the Bandit), Timothy Olyphant (Santa Clarita Diet), Michael Madsen e Tim Roth (The Hateful Eight).
