Le recenti elezioni Usa hanno visto trionfare, per molti a sorpresa, il parrucchino biondo di Donald Trump sugli occhioni sbigottiti di Hillary Clinton: è lui, infatti, il nuovo Presidente degli Stati Uniti d’America. Ma, forse, poteva andare peggio. E se a prendere possesso della più alta carica politica possibile fosse stato, ad esempio, Kanye West? Che ci crediate o meno, stando ai rilevamenti del sito NME, non sarebbe stata un’ipotesi poi così remota.

L’anno scorso durante i VMA Awards, Kanye West annunciò, tra lo stupore di tutti, che si sarebbe candidato come Presidente degli Stati Uniti per le elezioni del 2020. Oggi lo conferma.
“When I run for President, I’d prefer not to run against someone. I would be like ‘I want to work with you.’ I think all the people running right now have something that each of the others needs. But the idea of this separation and this gladiator battle takes away from the main focus that the world needs help and the world needs all the people in a position of power or influence to come together.“
