Solange ha annunciato un nuovo album intitolato A Seat at the Table. Sarà disponibile questo venerdì 30 settembre sull’etichetta Saint Records/Columbia. L’album contiene alcuni featuring con Lil Wayne, Dev Hynes, Sampha, Moses Sumney, Q-Tip, Kelly Rowland, The-Dream, BJ the Chicago Kid, Kelela, Sean Nicholas Savage. Devon Welsh e Matt Otto di Majical Cloudz hanno anche co prodotto un pezzo dell’album. Solange ha descritto questo nuovo album come un progetto “sulla sua identità, responsabilizzazione, indipendenza, lutto e guarigione“.
